Manta Ray Night Snorkel Partner Program Schedule

This Program Schedule forms part of the Manta Ray Night Snorkel Partner Referral Agreement and sets the current commercial terms of the Program. Big Island Activities LLC, doing business as Manta Ray Night Snorkel may amend this Schedule in accordance with the Modifications section of that Agreement. Amendments apply prospectively as set out there.

Commission and Overrides

  • Partner commission: eight percent (8%) of the eligible pre-tax booking amount for each Qualifying Booking, as determined under the Agreement.
  • Direct Partner Referral Commission: one percent (1%) of the eligible pre-tax booking amount for each Qualifying Booking generated by a Partner you referred, as determined under the Agreement.
  • Direct Partner Referral Commission duration: twelve (12) months from the date the referred Partner enrolls in the Program. The duration applicable to a referral is fixed on that enrollment date and will not be shortened by a later amendment to this Schedule, or by discontinuation of the Direct Partner Referral Commission, subject to the Agreement.

These are the standard rates for the Program. As stated in the Agreement, Manta Ray Night Snorkel may agree different rates with individual partners.

Payment

  • Payment day: the 21st day of the month following the month in which the tour was completed.
  • Minimum payout: twenty-five U.S. dollars (USD $25.00) while the account is active. Balances below the minimum roll forward; a final balance on termination is paid regardless of the minimum, under the Agreement's minimum payout provision.

Tracking

  • Credit policy: last click. Where a visitor clicks more than one Partner's link before booking, the booking is credited to the Partner whose link was clicked most recently before the booking was made.
  • Attribution window: thirty (30) days from a visitor's most recent click on Partner's link. A later valid click starts a new thirty (30) day window. Company may also credit a booking outside this window at its discretion, and retains sole and final authority regarding attribution under the Agreement.
