Commercial manta ray viewing operation permit eligibility shall be subject to the following: A commercial manta ray viewing operation permit may be suspended for up to thirty business days for a first violation of any of the provisions of this section or any condition of a commercial manta ray viewing operation permit by a permit holder or any of the permit holder’s employees or agents, and shall be suspended for up to sixty business days for any subsequent violations of any of the provisions of this section or any condition of a commercial manta ray viewing operation permit by a permit holder or any of the permit of the permit holder’s employees or agents within one year of the previous violation.
