During manta ray viewing hours, no person shall: Navigate any motorboat; provided that navigating a motorboat for the purpose of securing the vessel to a mooring shall be allowed; provided further that navigating a vessel within one hundred feet of any manta ray viewing zone campfire shall be allowed only for ingress and egress purposes or in emergency situations, if a campfire is available.

Since we are proposing that “regulated live boating” is allowed, we need to remove this rule to allow for live boating.

Navigate any motorboat over 36 feet; provided that navigating a motorboat for the purpose of securing the vessel to a mooring shall be allowed; provided further that navigating a vessel within one hundred feet of any manta ray viewing zone campfire shall be allowed only for ingress and egress purposes or in emergency situations, if a campfire is available.
